  • About the Speaker

Mr Chung Tze Keong is the CEO and founder of CTOS, Malaysia's home grown Credit Reference Agency and well known amongst us.

A graduate in accounting and financial management from Loughborough University, England, he worked in several financial institutions including a leasing company, finance company and a commercial bank in Malaysia on his return from U.K.
In all that time, he was involved in the lending activities of these institutions. It was these experiences which made him realize how difficult it  was for grantors in Malaysia to make informed credit decisions and stay on top of the risks involved.

This led him to form CTOS in 1988 and being the forerunner in the industry.
